Bertrand Ndengeyingoma is a Rwanda architect and urban planner who is a highly accomplished professional with a strong academic and technical background. He was born in Burundi and raised in Rwanda, He attended the Belgian school of kigali for his early education.
Bertrand later pursued a degree in civil engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of technology(MIT) in Boston, USA, followed by a Master's degree in city planning from the London school of economics(LSE)
Professionally, Bertrand has worked with the Central Bank of Rwanda and has mostly contributed to urban development initiatives, reflecting his commitment to sustainable city planning and infrastructure development and growth .

Ndengeyingoma met Ange Ingabire Kagame in 2016 During "Kagame day" event in san Francisco-Los Angeles city in united state of america.
